I am a fully qualified, objective, solution focused, independent and "down to earth" counsellor based in Eastbourne, East Sussex.

I offer therapy for a wide range of issues including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems, family issues, behavioural problems, phobias, stress, anger, grief and bereavement for both young people and adults.

I specialise in working with young people and counsel adolescents in schools and colleges throughout East Sussex. I am also recognised by CAMHS (Children & Adolescent Mental Health Service).
